The Meadows weekly report 24th May
Another good weeks fishing with Holme Fen fishery continuing to impress. This week saw the boys catching 8 fish all over 32lb including a red letter day for Mark Parish catching 3 Mirrors at 37-14, 38-14 and 40-02 from the Sunken Tree. The other fish were caught from all round the lake with the majority coming out early mornings between 04:30 and 9:00.
We also hosted Mark Pitchers and Sky’s camera crew (Mon, Tue) who were filming for this weeks (22nd May) Tight Lines. Mark aka ‘Mr dependable’ pulled the stops out catching four fish during his session including a trio of 40.s at (42-12, 43-11, 46-01) well in mate.
