Weekly News 20th April 2015
Another excellent weeks fishing at Holme Fen Fishery. 2 groups fished Wednesday/Thursday and Friday/Saturday catching 29 fish between them including 6 different 40’s 17 x 30’s and 6 20’s. Fish are obviously still shoaled up and are being caught in groups in specific areas as they move around the lake, this weekend they seemed to be gathered in the middle of the lake with some venturing to the front of the wind before it changed to an easterly. Shaun Mccracken had the session of his life beating his personal best three times, catching five fish 25.10, 33.12, 37.02, 41.07 and a new lake record of 48.04. We now have 18 confirmed different 40’s
