Are the fish getting the upper hand? As I said in last weeks report find the fish and you will catch and that is defiantly the case this week. 7 fish were caught from an area of the lake to 2 anglers with only one other fish seeing the bank over the period. The Beaches and Fallen Tree (next to each other) being the place to be this week. Ben fished the Beeches with a long cast counting for 4 carp to 42lb 10oz. Three of the fish fell to singles, cast at showing fish while one was caught over a pre-baited spot prepared with a couple of kilo of boilies. Nick on the other hand fished a margin on the north bank to catch 3 to 40lb 4oz, all over pre baited spots. The final fish fell to Dove on a snowman setup, again cast to showing fish.
In summary the boys had 8 fish including two over 40lb, five 30’s and one at 20lb.
And the answer to the question ‘of course not’.
