Holme Fen Fishery weekly report 29th August
Great conditions bring the fish on the feed at Holme Fen Meadows lake. Phil Harrison had a great session deciding to fish the Island double he found a number of clear spots at short range baiting PCF Squiderly Diderly and proceeded to bank seven to 54-14. Others include 38-03, 35, 33-04, 31-09, 29-05 and 29-03. Mark Edgeley caught a 39-04 on PCF HFF boilies from the Reeds, Gary Mortimer had a 38lb Mirror on PCF Squiderly Diderly from Blown Away and Ian Denny managed a 40-08 on PCF HFF boilies from the Lookout.. Terry Holmes had 2 at 44-08 and 34-08 both on PCF boilies from Blown Away, Mark Horsepool had a 38-12 from the dugout on the PCF HFF mix and Bryan Foster had a 38-14 from the Beach double
