Holme Fen Fishery Report 25th September
Meadows 2 x 50’s, 1 x 40
With only three fish seeing the bank this week fishing has been challenging which may well have been caused by the very changeable weather conditions with a number of low –high pressure changes. Jamie Sykes had a 50-02 from East bay fished out towards open water. There was also a 53 from Jakes and a 49 from Party Point which the guys were packing up to leave.
Poachers
Nick Chrisholme caught a 32lb Leather from the takeaway fishing towards the bush on the Left hand side. Later in the week Chris Mee also fished the Takeaway catching a 36-12 form a similar spot. Although all groups reported a lot of fish showing in the weed bed in the centre of the lake there were no more fish caught this week
