Holme Fen Fishery – Meadows weekly report 7th Aug
1 x 50, 2 x 40’s, 3 x 30’s.
Another good weeks fishing with some good fish finding the net alone with a number of the lakes smaller residents. The week started off hard with very little coming out over the first two days but improved from there on. John Sarjant bagged a 53-04 from the Dugout at 9:30 the morning he was leaving. Mark Williams had two from Blown away going 17 and 29. Jimmy Cain caught 4 from Party Point including 22, 24, 25 & 27 while Darren Price continued his good run of form catching 43-06, 31 and a stockie from Harry’s. The weekend saw Chris Foers catch a 46-12 and 14 from the Dugout and Andy Smedly had 3 from Sunset point inc 37, 33-12 and 17.
