Holme Fen Fishery – Meadows weekly report 31st Oct
4 x 50, 3 x 40’s, 4 x 30’s
The week started off slowly with the only fish banked by changeover on Wed being a 28lb Mirror falling to Gareth Baldry from the Pump Hole. Things then changed when fish moved into Party Point Double water giving Steve Wright a catch he won’t forget for a while. Steve ended up with 4 going 57-01, 52-14, 38-02, 37-06. Billy McKinden banked a 39 from the Breaches and Sean Hughes had a 47-04 from Four Strong winds. There were 5 fish out over the weekend with Jason Higston leading the way catching a 55-02 on PCF HFF 18mm boilies from Party Point. Mike Challis had a 53-02 from Four Strong Winds, Colin Challis had a 49-06 from Party Point Single, Tom Lockwood had a 42-04 from the Reeds and Jez caught a 31 also from Party Point Double.
There were two fish caught from Poachers this week, Cliff Fiske caught a 24 and Steve Wright had a 33-07.
