Holme Fen Fishery – Meadows weekly report 19th Sept
2 x 50’s, 5 x 40’s, 5 x 30’s
Phil Whiterods group of 8 booked the Meadows exclusively for the week just as the weather was improving, with more overcast conditions and cooler evenings, prospects looked good and the group did not disappoint. Phil lead the way with 11 fish 1 x 40 3 x 30s 3 x 20s 4 doubles from the Reeds. Carl Pumfrey caught 5 at 52-12, 41.12, 39.8, 21.8 and 19.6 from Party point. Steve Brown fished the Lookout catching a 46-04, while Charie Searle had 3 from Jakes inc 46-04, 45-12 and 24-07. Ollie Whitehead caught the biggest fish of the week from the Beaches which went 54lb, he also had a second of 34-08. All fish this week were caught on the fishery bait PCF HFF boilies (Relish) and pellets.
